This place is very friendly and the service is great. The food that I had was very mild, which is fine if that’s your thing Salsa very mild. Chips not stale but served cold. Chips should be served warm, thin, crispy. My go to is cheese enchiladas with rice and refried beans. Very disappointed to encounter enchiladas filled with unseasoned velveta and covered with a mild gravy and more velveta That’s just wrong on many levels. My companion had the fish tacos and enjoyed them. I suspect there are items on the menu that are really good and maybe I will discover them another time.

We sat down waited for a waiter, no one came, finally the hostess after 5 minutes came and got our drink order, gave us our drinks, still no one has came. The hostess brought our chips and hot sauce. There were five tables after us that have all had their orders taken and drinks, still waiting for someone to take our order. After about 20-30 minutes of no one coming to take our order we left. Will never go back, especially after the service we received.

Papa Perez has a great location and a nice space. People say it's good but I've been there twice and am not impressed. Chips are good but the salsa is weak. Fajitas seen overly marinated and the enchiladas lack flavor. Charo Breanna are just OK. Something seemed not quite right about the barbacoa. So many better places, but one upside is that they have a full bar.

Service was perfect! Shrimp Ceviche was so delicious and chic presentation. The Fajita Quesadillas and Charro beans have the same tasty taste. When I try out aguacate plate next, she said that plate in the menu is really good. Ellos hablan español.

This place has STUFFED AVOCADOS! they are great. Fajita beef, chicken or veggie choices. Everybody was great!
