I usually don 't do negative reviews but tonight I just left Chick-fil-A after a long tiring day and was very disappointed. First I got there and ordered my food in drive thru my card does not have a chip so the order taker kept trying to swipe my card on the card reader which it was not reading so after the 10th time swiping it she told me to just go to the window and pay there. So I passed the lady standing at the podium going straight to the window like I was told and the lady at the podium yelled heyyyyyyyyyyy! So I immediately stopped and was asked what 's going on? She said your payment? I told her my card wasn 't reading so I was told to go to the window. She said no I can take your payment here so I gave her my card and she swiped and wow it magically read. So I was happy I finally got to go to the window to get my food to go home. Well I get to the window received my food and I usually check it but I didn 't because I was already overwhelmed by the payment issue. So I just got my food and drove off. When I got home my food was cold. My fries and nuggets were ice cold. Then to top it off my order was wrong!!! I ordered 2 kids meal nuggets and 2 meals with nuggets which there was only one meal with nugget and 2 kids meals. I was so disappointed and unsatisfied! I go all the time to chick fil A in the mornings and never have a issue. Idk what happened tonight.
I'm usually the first to leave a 5-star review for Chick-Fil-A, but today was different. I was thankful for the random free entree that was in my app, and excited to redeem it. I ordered a Spicy Chicken Sandwich with pepper jack cheese and tomatoes. As I got back to work after picking up my order, I was surprised to find there was not a top bun to my sandwich, and the cheese looked as if it was sloppily slapped onto the sandwich. I still enjoyed my delicious sandwich with a fork and knife, but would have rather been able to eat the sandwich as it usually comes.
This restaurant is probably as good as a fast food establishment can get. The double lanes were long, but it took only 6-7 minutes from the beginning to the end. The treatment there was civil and efficient. Your food was excellent. People like to criticize for the founder beliefs, but as far as I can say, is just a well-run business with polite and friendly people. It's on my A list.
Food is great. Service has been only decent the last few times I’ve been. In two situations, they got my order wrong, and they also forgot about me after being asked to pull into a spot to wait on my food. Overall a great place, but there’s some things to work on.
