Domino's Pizza - Table reservation

The employees are unprofessional and the service was unacceptable. I was in-line waiting for my order behind another customer and they received their order and I pull to the window and the employee walks away and didn’t returned I waited and waited never returned. I started to drive off and let them keep the order but I ordered online. By the time I received my order it was cold and not eatable. I have been ordering from here for several years and will no longer be eating here and will be escalating my experience with cooperate. I would not recommend anybody who want quality food and service to order from this location.

Ok. First, I love their pies. The bread, the toppings, the sauce, DELICIOUS. BUT they have become part of the problem in our economic situation. Not only did they raise the price of their medium pizzas, they made them smaller. Can't prove it here but they have shrunk the size by around one inch. There's three of us, we could get two mediums and we had some leftovers. Now we're left hungry. Will keep buying them but only when they have good specials. Thanks.

Every time I order it gets screwed up never fails. They never remember to bring my sauce of the pizza is made wrong. I could overlook an occasional issue but it's gotten to be every time. It's best to pick it up that way at least you can check it of correctness before you leave. Poor management simple as that.

I would like to acknowledge the manager, Dustin, by demonstrating professionalism in solving a very bad customer service experience and missing extras from a take-out order today. He is the only reason why this is not a long 1-star rating and a corporate conversation. I hope things turn around. Good manager.

I have never seen a Domino with these many negative reviews Mr. someone hire a real manager
