You only really have two options tofu roll or noodle salad. And the tofu is microwaved in a plastic container, but the lemongrass marinade is def super delicious! They don't make Vego spring roles anymore because they don't sell.

The lemongrass tofu bahn mi is one of the best I had. Very tasteful and satisfying, only $5.50. The spring rolls were a little strange, but also beautiful.
