who claims to serve the best white carving in kampen hangs up the messlatte. I'm sorry too high. the gurkensalat was really very good with great dressing, but the woner had max. 2 mm, so 2mm. golden brown and loose should be the panad. dark brown and firm on the flesh was the panade and the meat was dry. that was a real disappointment! the calfsbäckchen on a puree was very good. the offer on the menu is manageable, which does not have to be a part. It was our first evening in Kampen and despite the fact it was Monday the restaurant was full. Menu and service was great. We had perfectly made fresh cod and lovely warm cherries with ice cream for desert. We had a feeling all the guests and waiters knew each other:) next time we'll taste schnitzel!
we were looking forward to a carving of reference class. the reference class was given, only the size was significantly reduced compared to the previous year. Too bad, because actually the bald carving was always a unique feature that you liked to continue.
