the team of ruby red flamingo and tony tomatoes has added o’connell street another great it area. as expected on a Saturday evening it was really busy what there was a great atmosphere. we could have eaten everything on the menu, but we could hold back. the charcuterie board was a great opportunity to start and it was generous. try the crispy boars that they are stripped of crispy quality. also the gorgonzola croquettes were excellent. our request to have the gnocchi with the ragu, while it was considered unusual by the kitchen was taken up. the black bell was delicious and the green beans with njuda and pecorino were a great side. there were some service problems that...read more
sat with a large group (13 adult) and the stock menu at $68 per head. I had high expectations, however, the amount of food for this amount of people was very inadequate given the price per person. we got an antipasto board that was great. it followed a joke...4 large discs of pasta, 2 small steaks cut into strips, 2 very small bowls of kartoffels and a small bowl of pork ears. dessert was nice. no coffee given, even though they said it was included in the night. our bill was $1400.00 and we were all hungry after. that's not even happening. we have heard from others who have experienced the share menu and...more
in these days, it is not often I am inspired to write a blog post. the life seems to be in the way, and then comes L’italy and I feel compelled to spread the word. L’italy is brought to us by walter ventura and the team responsible for ruby red flamingo and tony tomatoes, and it is at the same place as their pop-ups spaghetti crab (yum! and spaghetti meatballs.
contempt, friendly service especially ricardo, he was fantastic while he came and go a constantly circulating door of the mozens. the food was quality, from the antipasti, the pasta, the sweet drinks were also great and they have some great drinks specialties. would come back in any case! grazi
