We stayed in a Chalet for a week in August. The accommodation was simple and clean typically what you'd expect to find in France. The site is divided up into two sections one for the tents and caravans and the other the chalets. A stones throw from the chalets is lovely grassy area leading down to the lake with a volley ball pitch a small kids sand pit and play area. The lake is stunning with the back drop of the mountains and surrounding area. I'd recommend you take water shoes though, the shallow area leading into the lake is very rocky as you'd expect. The campsite has a bar which serves basic food such as burgers, chips, ice creams etc all reasonably priced, down side is the bar is only open from 4pm till 10 and only serves food from 6pm. It's a real shame they can't find away to keep it open for longer periods they'd make a fortune! The site would also benefit from a small camp shop for the essentials although their is a shop at the campsite next door which we used. Another point to note and slightly soured the stay, we were charged 60 euros for rental of bed linen which I thought was excessive, be sure to bring your own if you can! In summary would highly recommend for a week by the lake great option for exploring the surrounding area and reasonably priced.

Clean campsite; parcelled; Places between shaded, semi-shaded and sunny in different sizes, usually slightly inclined. Friendly welcome. Central European seating toilets. Private beach section in a few minutes walk over a street and through the Hüttendorf. There also toilets. On the rather narrow beach everything tries to accommodate: lying area, sand, volleyball, bouncy castle, motor boats, swimming area, bar, table tennis, playground, ... during the day on the campsite quiet. Now to the ABER: 3 high-priced restaurants in the immediate vicinity as well as party companies at the lake provide a lot of traffic and noise from 19:00 to 2:00. Greens, music, screaming, party, autoposer, engine noise. Although the campsite operator is not able to do so, it still reduces the stay. In the morning small trucks for disposal and disposal. Walk into the gorge to the waterfall. Wheel path connection. Supply of campers only via own pouring can. No disposal of grey water. disposal of chemical toilets. Dogs at the leash on the campsite tolerated, on the camping beach. Many motor boats on the lake, especially on weekends. Therefore, steady waves and engine noises are generally on the Lac de Annecy.

Bungalow 24: In a dreamy setting, for those looking for a bucolic, quiet place (with or without children) and friendly; all by the lake with direct access in a few steps to the private beach: Nothing better to spend a very pleasant moment of relaxation. Still Aurore and Sébastien are the most friendly and helpful guests we can meet. Note: Enjoying this moment of total happiness, since the summer of 2008 we stay there each year with great pleasure ....

We only stayed here one night. From the website we were expecting it to be by the lakeside and were disappointed to find it's not. It's set back a good 100 yards or so from the shore and the view is obstructed by a wire fence. Facilities are cleanish but we wouldn't return. There are nicer sites around the lake.
