Good morning I wanted to share with you our experience in your establishment. We chose your restaurant with enthusiasm, given its reputation and its 2 stars in the Michelin Guide. However, our visit was marked by some disappointing points which affected our satisfaction. First of all, we regretted the absence of the owner at the end of the meal; her departure without greeting us was noticed and gave the impression of negligence to her departure. Furthermore, although we enjoyed the dishes prepared by the chef, we were surprised to find that he stayed behind the bar and did not come to our table to chat or greet the customers, which would have added an extra dimension. to our culinary experience Regarding the food and wine pairing at €120, we were disappointed with the quality of the drinks served. The water cut whiskey as well as the wines fell short of our expectations, especially considering the price. We would like to emphasize that we are committed to excellence and the pleasure of discovering new culinary experiences but our experience with you unfortunately did not live up to our expectations.
