I remember years ago tasting Artisa 's vegetable cheese on a market, thinking 'oh wow when I was vegan she 'd have covered my cheese craving!' Now I'm a vegan and while I have cheese cravings I'm still so impressed what Artisa produces! Seriously, you don't need milk to make delicious cheese!
By far the best vegan cheese I've ever had. The vegan cultures make them taste like really big cheese also for dairy eaters. Creamy and tangy. I often get the Kunyani that has Tasmanian pepper berry powder to add a light kick.
yum! artisa is sold in launceston at the weekly market (sat mornings). they also have their products online and at some shop fronts. some restaurants throughout the state use their cheese they can find on the artisa website.
