"This restaurant is located in a beautiful area of the Corbières Mountains in southern France, not far from the Mediterranean Sea. Craggy Hills, old jaws, a small river are on the plot and then go ugly Cart Track! The restaurant is remote and elegant and quiet. The low-priced menus are excellent. The Amuse Bouche was excellent, the first course made beautiful and the main course more run of the mill with a large dessert to finish the meal. The service was friendly, but immaculate. The Lastours Rose was excellent."
