This was my last meal in the bay after having been here 8 years, and I genuinely mean it when I say this is some of the best Hunan food l've had in the area, if not ever. I wish I had found this place sooner. The prices are more than fair for the portion size, we were a party of four and ordered four dishes a starter (with rice) and left completely stuffed. The spice is no joke, but it burns in the best way possible. The sliced beef tendon in chili is the most fragrant l've had, and had a kick that I'm not usually used to but absolutely loved. The eggplant and string beans were also a hit, it's basically my two go to veggie dishes mixed in one. I don't think I've ever had toothpick lamb that I didn't like, and this version was no exception (they saute it with celery that actually pairs really well coming from someone who avoids celery 95% of them time) My only gripe about what we ordered is that I wish the old school lamb hot pot had a bit more lamb and veggies, there wasn't too much of both to go around. Wish I were still close by, I cannot wait to come back Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner
