Can’t believe I’ve lived in this area for 15 years and today was my 1st time here! I had a weekday off and knew I’d be in this area without kids and was looking for somewhere to buy myself lunch. I wanted soup! So here I was. The street parking was not hard to find. The staff were all so chipper and helpful. I picked a soup from the 4 choices offered. I also got 2 of the prepared salads (broccoli salad and antipasto). I couldn’t decide what to get from the hot bar and ended up picked chicken piccata with penne from the menu. Although it was very busy, the place ran like a well oiled machine. The food; chefs kiss. I can’t wait to return to try something new.

I've been going here for the last several years. I think it's one of the best Italian delis in the Tri-City area. Fresh bread everyday the olives out of this world. Fresh cheese ground on site subs. Delicious and also they have different lunch specials and dinner specials to go. If you're in the area, try it. You going to like it and guarantee you're going to keep coming back? Oh by the way, they have an excellent fresh meat counter homemade sausage on the premises as well

Frightfully expensive for most things. However... the sandwiches are insanely delicious and huge! My sweetheart and I usually split one between us. The hardest part is choosing which one to try next! Here's a tip there can be a significant wait so order online! So so easy!

Their butcher is now up in Latham but you can call the butcher line on the phone and have an order sent to the Delaware Ave store. Everything else is the same and awesome. Picking up a hot dinner on the way home after work is a real blessing. THE best Italian deli.
