We love an occasional chili dog for a quick snack except this time my daughter and I tried the mini magic. I had the tradition and she had her chili and cheese. Not too bad, except for the long wait in the line to place our order, otherwise it would have been of 5 stars.
I was very excited about some hot dogs and frits here, after biting to them the rolls were not soft and fresh like the supermarket rolls. The Hot Dog Weiner tasted like an old gummy hot dog. Fries were not hot and not cooked.
Love love love Der wiener dogs. Only complaint is the price of a chili dog keeps going up. I know inflation keeps going up. But I would buy 2 or 3 times more chili dogs if price would be a bit lower.
We are just fans of their Ice Cream cone and how weather is warming, we go 1 to 2x a month. Yummy. Friendly staff. We already had good hot dogs. But recently for the soft serving cones.
