Walked in, greeted promptly and found a table. After placing our order, I realized there was only 1 employee in the store (server). The cook would come in after the server started cooking the order . The cook (Brandon) was going outside to his car to smoke between orders. He was leaving the server inside to take orders, bus tables and get orders started by himself. To sum up my review, our server, was excellent but overwhelmed by his cook not doing his job. We visited on 2/3/24 between 6&7 p.m. if you want to check your schedule. Please thank your server for good service and reprimand your cook for being lazy.
I wish I could rate it a zero. It's 8 pm and I can't eat here because there is no cook. I was denied food at both raffle houses in the area. I will never go to another waffle house.
Hours said they were open got there and the doors were locked with workers inside looking at us. Reoccurring thing at this location..
