Today it was hectic and restless. Luckily, a Polish young lady later took over, who also moved in the course of the course, but at least took the time to accept wishes correctly. We knew the snake in front of the entrance. In a few minutes, she was busy.? Mr. Diehm recognized us again, so that we were still completely vaccinated immediately. We got the same table outside as last time. Our intention, this time finally, to advance to dessert, was firm and unwavering. So we both took half the duck without an appetizer, for which the bird's cooy has often been famous. The glory was not unjust. Our two duck portions have convinced us. On our plates, two crispy laxes were laid over cross. The pruned dumpling tastes excellent, as is the red herb. Half a pear with cranberries did not miss the plates. The meat of the keuls was buttery and tasteful. The price of the duck portion (29,50) seems to me subsidized in view of the other price structure, especially since the ducks still come from England. Cojenente My wife was divorced this time with a glass of late burgundy, I drank as always a Erdinger wheat alcohol-free when the champagne glasses were drowned out. Now it was finally time for our dessert, the Fontaine raw from the raspberry. This is really always something very special you never get. The heavenly reason of the glasses is probably overshot with milk foamberg from the Espuma-Syphon (a photo says more than a thousand words here). Of course, the preparation takes some time. This was so long for my wife that she drank a glass of champagne. Unfortunately, at the Fontaine rouge the asparagus has hit. When you look at the old pictures from previous years, you see what I mean. Quantity halved, no more gilded Puffreis. Fontaine rouge We paid again with card inside. With a final invoice of € 151, this was the most affordable visit to the bird's coy this year. Our Polish service lady got 15 euros in cash as a tip.
