the ufenau is one of my favorites. be it the lukewarm herd meat salad, which is always served with super fresh salads, be it a delicious piece of meat or a crunchy roast with calf liver, it is always very tasty. for many years I visit the ufenau sporadic with friends and the quality was always excellent.
after the motto "small but fine" the ufenau has been offering excellent quality for years. for me there is the best vine meat salad and also callbsleberli with roast are excellent.
as usual, really fine, so it always makes joy to enjoy a cordonbleu, kalbsleberli with rösti or otherwise a favorite on the card.
very good, uncomplicated eating. very good atmosphere in the cozy beiz, beautifully there are still such places.
