unfortunately clearly under the expectations. the nüsslisalat to the appetizer was slightly sloppy, the sauce was very good but for 13.00 overall too small. I ordered the megacarving that was neither tasteful nor great. the meat had a funny taste, which is why I had to return it. because the panade did not adhere, I suspect a bad storage in the deep cooler. the cordon bleu as eratz was okay, although the Marroni-Speck filling was cold, immortal because you wanted to serve the second court quickly so that my wife did not have to eat alone. her salate as well as 'fish
