Turnpike’s Rest Stop

Today was our first time eating here and we selected it based on the good reviews. Every month we met up with our cousins and pick a new restaurant to try while we catch up. There was a nice selection of food on the menu but unfortunately we had hardly been seated when our waitress asked what we wanted and was very short and to the point. It was as if we were bothering her just being there. There was no greeting or introduction, we hadn't even had a chance to look the menu over. We asked for a couple of minutes and it seemed as though that request really annoyed her. She promptly came back a minute later and took the order and walked off not another word and no refills until we were leaving. The food was good, waitress was just short with us and made us feel unwelcome and rushed the entire time. Don't think we will ever come back here....not because of the food but because of the service.

Always Amazing . Dine in is quaint and enjoyable nicely done little diner! But when you just want your husband to bring you breakfast in bed... You call Jodi and Chef Melissa whips it up... Then hubby just has to pick it up. Food is so good.

One of our favorite breakfast spots!! The chicken and biscuits is my fave, they have a home made honey mustard vinaigrette that's on it, it is to die for!! Their sweets are delicious too, you really can't go wrong!!

This is a HIDDEN GEM! The food is delicious! Our server was attentive and caring! The price was even very reasonable. Everything about this place is amazing! I promise you will not be disappointed.

I had the Italian and their special Grilled Chicken Caprese sandwich. Delicious food. Great fast service.
