Fuji Hibachi Express

This is a self-service place, very much the same as fast food restaurant (McDonald, Wendy…. : you fill your own drink, all utensils are one-time use (plastics , you order at cashier and pay everything upfront, when you finish you clean up your own dishes.I don’t like the “fast-food” set up for sushi. Sushi is hand-made with fresh ingredients while fast food contains mostly processed meat. It’s a weird mix.However my order was surprisingly delicious and very well made. Everything tasted fresh.Maybe after getting over the weird feeling of eating at fast food restaurant, I can actually enjoy the food itself. Maybe next time I’ll order to go.Recommend!

New go to spot for excellent sushi and sashimi. Always a pleasure to be there. Only down side is the limited Pepsi products. They have outstanding lunch deals and it is a self service sit down place with reasonable prices.Kid-friendliness: They have a few booster seats and two highchairs and have no problem with sharing. They will bring extra plates if you request them.Parking: It's in a lightly trafficked strip mall and always has plenty of parking.

My dad and I went into the restaurant, Decor was beautiful, super nice people. we ordered Crab Rangoons, rainbow roll, spicy shrimp roll, and shrimp fried rice. food was pretty good. price was about $39. next morning my dad and I got food poisoning.

So far it is my favorite spot for Hibachi and Sushi. We came from a location that had endless/bottomless however this is next best thing. In my opinion you get a good amount of food for the price. And they accommodate requests well!

Awesome dinner, you can eat at a regular table or enjoy the hibachi chef for birthdays and such. Staff very friendly and food was great
