I downloaded their app and ordered 7 smoothies for my entire family from this place for the first time yesterday. Everyone at home said the smoothies tasted great and they will definitely be ordering from here in the near future. Tropical Smoothie has definately gained 5 stars from me and also new customers. I like the fact that this place opens early and also stays open late. I would only change that if they offer instore pick up in their app? We should be able to pick up from inside the store or a side window in the store and not make us go thru the Drive-thru window as I had to wait infront of all the cars infront of me to pick up my smoothies from the Drive-thru window.

This is really with ingenious service from the very articulated young ladies who are helped with my order this Monday morning! they were patient and fast and super nice. The best darn smoothie ever! The young lady was not very friendly or welcoming, but it's okay because it was almost closed time and she might have been exhausted! I'm still rating 5 stars because they give me the best tasting smoothie! The environment was fresh and crispy and so we are all ingredients. I love this place and will make this my second home
