I think I went on a bad day because usually I love black rock! I went this past weekend and had a long wait in the drive thru. I really don’t mind that. I repeated my order three times per the baristas request. I just wanted cold brew with some sweetener in it. They handed me a horrible beverage and shooed me away. There was no opportunity to tell them it did not look right. I threw it away as the flavor was horrible. I’ll go back to black rock but not this location.

My drink wasn't filled up all the way. There was a good 1/5th of the drink missing when he handed it to us. The line was ok, but the wait was really long. They were not using the speaker box to take orders, so no warning was said either.
This place is chill as can be. Coffee is always amazing. Staff is super friendly. And they don't act like Dutch Bros all in your face which I love the most.
