Stopped here for dinner to go and it was easy to order online, fast service and a friendly delivery to the car, guy. The only thing was, when I checked the order after already arriving home it was missing sauce...YES, as in, NO SAUCE over the pasta and no side sauce, which were both requested. Talk about upset!!! I contacted the Manager immediately and he made it all better for me as his apology was sincere and he returned my charges plus, gave me a gift to grab another dish. You ROCK!!! I 'm not going to lie!!! Everyone who knows me, knows that OLIVE GARDEN IS MY SPOT so, I was no longer upset once he addressed the problem. I unfortunately, had pasta with no sauce so I saved it. The next day, I went to grab sauce to complete the meal, even though, I didn 't want to go outside but, I also didn 't want to toss it either). We all know that pasta can taste better the next day therfore, it was yummy I 'm honestly not sure what these cook 's were thinking Hooray to the a manager Andrew I believe, that 's his name) Thank you for taking care of the #1 OLIVE GARDEN FAN!
In the age of pinching penny 's to get by, policies like, save the sauce and pore small pores is understandable, but as a patron all I wanted was to indulge. Dry food is not the ticket. I get it, the service industry as a whole is short of change, but not here or at least at the bar here. Something as simple as being offered sauce after the second dry bite has made this meal go from meh, to as good as OG can be. (No disrespect) Hats off to for asking before I got into a negative space and had to become that guy . I 'd give you 5 stars, but the food was a lil dry... Thankfully your employee rhymes with Banny is in touch enough and cares enough to ask and fulfill a customers semi obvious body language. No discount, no free sauce or miss pore, just an ask... It can and did mean a lot.... Just a thought from a semi regular customer. Joe
I think this is the best time in an olive garden I've ever had. my friend and I were there a super busy Saturday night and the staff just sat! our server made sure that our endless broth sticks and suppen were plentiful, our drinks were diligently removed and she was just at the top! I wish I remembered the names of our server (lord help me, I went to endgame next to y 'all and got some drinks when they get wind of my review, I was the one with the cute hat that wanted itpresso. Thank you for having astonished our night! Whenever we get down there, I hope you'll be our server again! (but the whole team seemed amazing, so it's okay if you're not?
My daughter and I had great service our waitress was a delight and she was so attentive. My daughter had the kid's Mac n Cheese with grapes and fries. Together we shared breadsticks and the Alfredo dipping sauce, and I had the salad and soup special. Their chicken and gnocchi soup is my favorite! All in all, decent. It's Olive Garden, I use to work at an Olive Garden in college so I haven't rushed back to eat there in the last few years. 4/5 stars because the restaurant could use a few minor upgrades. The seats on our booth were torn and the restaurant looked like it needed just a few minor upgrades.
