"Went on a Wednesday evening to check out the DB Snug menu they advertise, but lo and behold the Snug (the downstairs bar) was closed. Made the mistake of staying for the upstairs bar, and was rewarded with lousy service and a mediocre $23 burger (who knows where lurks the advertised $10 Snug burger). Plus, the place has all the local charm of a Ramada on the highway. Not going back."

We had high hopes for Fox Falcon, but left completely disappointed. We ordered starters dinner at 7:15pm. It took 45 minutes to get hummus 2 orders of shrimp tacos. (they weren't even busy) We kept asking the manager why it was taking so long he just didn't care. We waited until 8:30 the entrees still didn't come so we decided to leave he didn't flinch. I understand that there are kitchen issues, staff issues etc.. it's not what happens to cause a bad situation, but how it's handled to make it better. The customer service was so lacking so uncaring. Instead of the manager coming to the table to apologize or offer a complimentary drink or bring some bread to hold us over, he did NOTHING!! There was a family next to us with 2 kids they had the same issue their complaints were ignored as well. If he hasn't learned basic customer service principles he should not be working there. This would be the perfect restaurant to get help from Gordon Ramsay! David Burke should be horrified his name is attached to this restaurant. We ended up eating at Miti Miti the food service was excellent.

First time dining here and probably the last. The ambience is dark and warm, which I loved. I ordered a mystic moonrise cocktail which was very good. I ordered the lobster dumplings which were just ok would be better if the filling was fresher. For the entree I had the gnocchi and it was average. My sister and friend ordered the swordfish which I tasted because they were complaining how bland it was needs acidity, salt and some kind of sauce. Service was very slow between appetizers, entree and dessert. Ultimately nothing about the experience would make us want to come again. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4

What's going on with the Snug? Walked in tonight and stools all up on the tables. Advertisements don't match what's going on. There were DJ'S coming previously And that is over. A few weeks ago we had to go upstairs to find bar tenders for service. We had been enjoying the cosiness of the Snug, but unfortunately that seems to have disappeared. Taking a few stars off for disappointment. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $50–100 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes: Lobster Dumplings

Worst service I have ever had. I’m a local and live in the neighbourhood I had some food it was absolutely appalling my crab cakes where still frozen in the middle and when I showed the waitress she said I was lying. They where to many drunk people around the bar and I had actually found a guy taking cocain in the toilet and when I told the waitress once again she said I was lying. I defiantly will not be returning very low class and more of a drunk den than a restaurant and pub.
