I booked for lunch at 9.29 am this morning at 1.15 for 3 guests. Fri March 17,2023) Booked by the “Fork” app I asked to sit near the air conditioning because it is a very hot day 35 degrees) My friend first arrived and was told there was no booking!!! She then sat in the hottest part of the restaurant where I arrived 5 minutes later and said there was no boom in my name! I told the staff I had a booking and asked for a table away from the heat of the kitchen! Also said that I could show them my booking on my phone, they did not seem interested! I myself found another table that was still unhappy hot, but we made that I was unhappy with how we were treated, thought the food was overcooked and overpriced. we ordered the salt and pepper litter, the falafel dish and one of the other salad bowls) Again, I confirm that I have booked on the app that your website also directed me It took 5 minutes to complete information, which was obviously a waste of my time! I will not hurry to eat again in your restaurant
The lamb shoulder was delicious! The “chocolate mousse” for Dessert was more like a gum-like, tasteless ball coated in chocolate, I’m not sure what went wrong there, but it was terrible. The staff seemed uninterested and the ambience was lacking. The music cut in and out. I don't want to go back.
Good mood. u can only see here it is packed weekday lunchtime unlike other cafes and restaurant around half empty. good quality food and good service. impressed by the quality of lamb and coffee. good brunch menu at reasonable prices.
