The Balboa Bar Grill Restaurant

Update 4 years later. Make sure you tip. My son thought this was counter service left a 5% tip. I gave an extra $5 when we left. I bussed our table explained the tip to the blonde with the ponytail who had taken our order at the counter. I was wondering why he was being so rude to me. Make sure you tip this guy. If you ask for anything extra, like 2 cups of ice he won't let you forget he deserves more money. Rude completely unexpected from thisamazing establishment. Don't let a tip ruin your day dude. Life is more than a tip on a $45 lunch. In their defense the food was incredible the food runner was really nice. The burgers garlic fries are incredibly delicious at The Balboa. The service is always friendly accommodating. Thank you so much for being so awesome!!

This is my favorite local spot for a lot of reasons. The chicken sandwich is delicious, the drink specials are awesome, the crooner decor is right up my alley and I can always count on the staff to play Korn!

The Balboa is a consistently good option for burgers. They don’t serve our favorite Mai Thai’s but the food and staff never disappoint. If you are in the area around Happy Hour you should definitely drop in.

Happy hour is the best deal around town! All day Monday, 4 6 Tuesday Friday. $5 drafts and the balboa burger is $8. Delicious!
