Took my son here for lunch and we waited about 25+ minutes to get our meals. This is our first time here so we didn't know we had to scan the barcode upon sitting down (no one said anything about this process at the register). Such a weird concept but okay figured it out finally and still had to wait a super long time for our Farm Sandwich and kids chicken tender meal. It didn't matter with the UPC scan since my sandwich was sitting on the counter for a long time (prior to me scanning the code). Flagged the manager down and she gave me my sandwich but my son's chicken tenders were still being cooked (chicken must have ran away). I couldn't eat my sandwich though (I also knew how long its been sitting out in the open) since my son didn't have his chicken tenders so we wait and waited for his tenders. Oh and the apple slices served were not well inspected. Service and quality is lacking at this restaurant. They didn't look to be that concerned that me and my elementary kid have been sitting there for that long without our foods. It was supposed to be a nice mommy and son lunch outing during his Thanksgiving school break but it was not a good place to take him. It wasn't fun watching others get their foods when they ordered 10 minutes after us and then leave the place and we still haven't even gotten our foods yet. *sigh* Very disappointed, not coming back here anymore.

my friend and I decided to share the vegan banh mi for lunch, and we were not disappointed. the tofu was super delicious, crispy brot, and the sweet were all fresh/breakfast. it was one of the best vegan sandwiches I ever had. the vegan options are clearly marked, and the whole restaurant is vegan-aware. it is in a great location near the shopping center and has easy parking. highly recommended! updated by previous review on 2022-04-08

First time here. A better more imaginative Panera is how I would classify this place. All the food a saw going by was beautiful. I had the farm club and the kale and apple salad. All very good. Loved the lil balsamic on the sandwich and the basil in the salad. All little touches that really made them pop. Rose lemonade was very refreshingly sour and tasty. Service was great. Patio seating is available as well.
