I'm from out of town and me and my bf wanted a good steak from a place we hadn't tried before. It was really empty when we went during a weekday, but the staff were friendly and it's one of the best steaks I've had. Big portions at a good price. It would def be one of my affordable favorites if I lived there. It's very comparable to longhorn, but I preferred their smoked taste a bit more.
Only place in Austin I can eat peacefully without feeling crowded, hidden (not so hidden) gem of austin. Manager and server were both attentive and food was on point when I visited.
While the steak was tender, it was lacking S-A-L-T!!! Extremely pricey considering they’re more expensive than roadhouse but the food quality and taste is no where near roadhouse!!
