WARNING: DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION VIA FOODDELIVERY!!!!! Ordered via Uber Eats and they didn’t send the correct order. The blank cookie is supposed to be a chocolate cupcake one. It wouldn’t be so frustrating if it wasn’t the 4th time they’ve messed up our order. One time we ordered 4 cookies and instead of reaching out to let us know they were out of stock of what we ordered they gave us a completely different set of cookies and my girlfriend was allergic to one of the ingredients in the alternate cookies! reached out to Uber eats and they gave us a $2 credit. This establishment is UNRELIABLE and unresponsive. Do not order unless you are going there in person yourself and can CHECK your order quality while you are there!!!!!!
Ordered cookies at 2pm, delivery was scheduled for 2:51, the tracker said the delivery was a minute away for a full hour. I finally cave and call in at 4pm and they say it’s been ready but nobody could deliver it. No notice, no nothing to inform me of this. They tell me they can make me fresh cookies and try to have someone deliver again, but I’m not gonna wait 6 hours for $40 cookies. Terrible experience. Go in person, never get it delivered because they’ll just blame DoorDash when they have bad customer service.
The cookies are delicious and the service from this location was spot on! Delivery was great too!
