Took my daughter and son-in-law along with my wife and granddaughter to this restaurant last night and while the restaurant was somewhat crowded the hostess seated us all right away! We all ordered something different and I must say we all raved how good both the service and the food was here. Their house salad and dressing was like no other! We will certainly be back and very soon too!

A staple of downtown Belleville, Tavern on Main has great ambience both in the indoor courtyard and outside on the patio. The food is good and well prepared. The highlight is the exceptional staff who are friendly and will to go the extra mile!
Service was horrible… food was mediocre at best… my wife claims the lunch menu is much better but our waitress just flat out said no when my wife ask if she could have a item she had at lunch in past…
