Dairy Queen Grill Chill

My daughter and I came here for lunch and I had gotten a grilled chicken blt salad. They use to be so good filled with cheese, bacon etc... this time I paid over $6 for Lettuce. There was barely any cheese and bacon. It was just thrown on there. My daughters chicken sandwich had barely any toppings on it. Then what aggravated me the most is that there were grandparents with their little grandkids which 1 of the kids had an egg allergy and the grandparents were making sure nothing contained egg in it and the girl by the register and the girl who seemed to be a manager rolled thier eyes and just didn't even seem to care and wouldn't double check to see if anything had egg in it. If that little boy gets sick it's on you. I feel that needs to be taking seriously and not with a grain of salt. Don't think I'll return to this DQ.

I went in and there was a person in the line, a hired person who looked like they just got out, and a person in the front. I don't know what they did except just talking. I waited a bit and finally asked if I could order. I was told as soon as the person was played in line for her product. I waited a bit more and finally gave up how she put her card in the card reader. I had never waited so long. Unfortunately, people simply don't seem to care about customer service anymore and more.

Fast service you order your food then when go to sit down they already bring out your food. You don't have to wait 30min. Very nice place nice people

the phone service was bad that she didn't put ketchup in the basket and that had eaten haare in it. not too bad, but I don't recommend it.

Consistently good. Great service and friendly faces. I go back often!
