Food was excellent! It was very busy but we were seated quickly. We all had ramen. 2 had the carnita ramen and 2 the Tajima ramen with pork. So good. The carnita was spicy without being overpowering. The pork in the Tajima ramen was a nice size thick piece and was so tender and flavorful. The broth in both was really good also. They take your order before seating you. They were very helpful with suggestions which we appreciated being relatively new to different types of ramen. We will definitely be back. I'm looking forward to trying all their other dishes.Parking: This is a small strip mall with several food places and another similar building next door. We went on a Saturday night at prime time so it was very busy. Parking spaces are tight if you have a large vehicle. Do yourself a favor and back in if you can. It's a pain backing out with cars going through and the spaces close together. Food was worth it though!
My friend brought me to try this ramen restaurant and oh my goodness!!!!! The vegan ramen is so good and filling!! All of the ingredients just come together so flavory and I love to add some seasoning that they provide. Not to mention their iced mango-matcha tea! The restaurant is so beautiful and their entire staff are so nice/attentive. If you are looking for a ramen restaurant I recommend coming here!!
I went Monday for lunch at 1130am(they just open). I was the very 1st customer and first one to ordered but I got my ramen after the 4th person ? lol(an hr). I had to checked it if I didn't ask them ill probably won't get my food hahaha. Idk what happened but I guess it's too early? Hahahaha However, food was delicious ?. Will come back but not during the time they just open. Hahaha
Ordered the Tajima Ramen and Carnitas Taco. The taco was nothing special and quite small; not worth the price. The pork chashu was not very tender. The broth was okay but lacled depth. The noodles were mediocre and soft. For the price, I'd go somewhere else.
