Went to Taco Bell in Hueytown, although I haven't held much due to past experience. But boy, I have a surprise! This was a very large order and had some special items. I just knew it wasn't right. But everything was right and very good! I tried the Toasted Cheese Chalupa for the first time. It's great! The store manager made sure that the order was checked. Great service today at 4 pm on a Saturday. We go back when the service continues to be so good! Thank you. Hueytown Taco Bell workers. Stop the good work.

I've been going to Taco Bell in Hueytown three mornings. Heard had some positive changes at the site. Anyway, the last two morning I was greeted by the sweetest and friendly drive thru girl that treated my order with DC. The food was hot, fresh and super delicious. I'll go back in the morning. I give this TB five stars plus for fast friendly service and super nice staff with beautiful smile!

I haven't had any problems with this site lately. I am not sure if another source of management has taken over or not, but I feel like it has a positive impact on customer satisfaction. I do not have to ask to correct my orders; it is usually prepared as I asked. They make sure everything on the screen is correct. And the staff seems to be friendly on average.

This place is always so fast that they are accurate every time my order is completed. There is a woman who works there, especially on the drive thru, she is always so bright addresses my mother as mom every time she sees her. She has a wonderful personality! Your customer service alone lets me come back!
