Absolutely the worst service I've ever had. Staff openly called their cookies evil and did not know what they did. An employee behind the counter I'm not sure it actually works. Over 30 minutes for me to get my food, and when I came in, there were a few who were already ordered there and a few before me after them. That's it. Unavoidable and I will not go back. I'd rather go to the other place than here.
I was just a person in business, except couple sitting at the table... Girl was very rude... To the wall when I asked re: Sub of the day... I didn't know where to look like it was a lot on the wall. She was very rude.. She saw her job hating and had no concept of customer service.. She was only one at the time, but again I was the only person.
The staff was nice enough, but the product was made on what seems to be 3 day old bread. Its stale chewey. The ingredients seem fresh though. This store should be looked into by their corporate offices, due the the numerous problems with that store over the last 5 yrs.
