Ordered via UberEat. Took too long to arrive. The pizza was cold upon delivery. It was topped with inferior products, which you could tell from the tomato sauce! The supposed mozzarella was like plastic and the ham felt like the cheap one from a COOP was just an impudence what was allowed to happen there. The guy who delivered didn't really know where to go, despite the detailed description. He was also rude. I will never order from there again! Answer to the answer. One thing in advance. I didn't have a bad day. The pizza arrived really cold, which can no longer be proven. The example with COOP came from the fact that it is an example. If you want to appear professional, then read your last sentence again; something like that is unprofessional and shows you that your customers are not very important to you. And finally: Of course I will never order from you again :
Unfortunately very dissatisfied, I ordered from Spiciy, after 1.30 hours I called Spicy to ask where my order was. Then they said it would take another 15 minutes, 20 minutes later I called again, then they said it would take another 15 minutes. After waiting for 2 hours, I had to cancel the order with a hungry stomach because it didn't make sense to wait any longer.
Have ordered Delivered 1 hour later than stated. Dürüm was nice and hot but the dough stuck to the aluminum foil and was totally soggy. I've already ordered from many suppliers but I have to say it didn't taste good. Was worth an experience. I ate there years ago and it was great but times change. Actually you should ask for the money back.
Before the change of ownership in 2019, I was a very satisfied regular customer at Spicy. After the change, I ordered about 4 more times and was unfortunately always disappointed. The waiting time was always at least 1.5 hours and the food was cold.
