Restaurant Gempenturm

we were for a family celebration in the puppy tower. with beautiful weather we had the pleasure to sit on the terrace of the restaurant. from there you have a fascinating view of the environment. a visit is really worthwhile for that. the food was also good, I would have liked to give four points at the place but: the portions are normal and the prices for it are undamaged high. from my own, is it also for Swiss relations an unharmed (12 francs for a small mixed salad? 14 francs for a coupe danmark.?) somewhere the fun stops, especially if you can get more for half the money in the bordering Germany. the service was satisfied. recommend - well, here I am really split.

Friday, sunshine, and many people want to enjoy it. the waiter however tries to keep the guests from the terrace, in an actually opened restaurant. Something about a personal change or something he tries to justify. I've never seen anyone fight against some people and want to get rid of them again. then they were just sitting and there was a dessert soon. an extra point for the quittensorbet.

the puppy tower is beautiful and offers the most ingenious views with beautiful weather. he is worth a ride, because who does not look past the stoss times is pampered in rest, culinary as well as hospitable. the map is varied and offers delicious.

it was worth it. super service and very good food. in the front dining room you feel very comfortable. the baslers should also make a trip to the hill (recommended). up here, it's fantastic. thanks for the beautiful evening.

This time, it was excellent to eat. good wine to meat. service nice and accommodating. the weather and the view made the evening perfect.
