Ruth's Chris Steak House Indianapolis Northside

My fiancé and I were greeted as soon as we walked in. We had reservations and we were immediately shown to our table. We were greeted by our waiter, Simon. Mr. Simon was absolutely the Best Waiter we have ever experienced! Mr. Simon was so positive, knowledgeable about the various menus, made excellent suggestions and just had an excellent professional yet so friendly attitude that he made our dining experience expectations superior. We will definitely return to Ruth Chris and ask specifically for Mr. Simon as our waiter!! Our food was piping hot and absolutely delicious. Thank you Mr. Simon for making our dining experience for a just because date to one as A Thankful Date of having life and being able to share a wonderful meal together! We’ve been to Ruth’s Chris many times, but this was our first visit to the Northside location. The restaurant is very nice and the booths are comfortable if you’re seated there. Our waiter was prompt and courteous. The food was exceptional as usual. I always enjoy the steaks coming out on that sizzling plate! Their creamed Spinach is always a must! We have celebrated our anniversary with Ruth’s Chris for the past years

The servers were great. The kitchen was unacceptably slow. We are frequent guests and this was the worst it has ever been. We have been waiting over an hour and we still waiting for our food. It is frustrating and completely ruined the experience
