Chili's Grill - Table reservation

DANKSGIVING DISASTER! Waited an hour to sit before they finally demand that they do. Two more hours waiting for our food, but two of us didn't get what we originally ordered... while we waited, they ran out. For a lesser meal, instead of offering us something better to disappoint. In addition, we are sure that our server was not a server. After cutlery had to order three times as well as missing items that never came. After all, we were just talking about someone who could be manager. We had to ask for a discount on our meal - it was never someone to offer us. The whole evening was ruined. We will never return to this catastrophe of a restaurant.

We requested an outdoor table, on line, but when we arrived were told that there is no outdoor dining. We did eat indoors far away from other diners because the restaurant was almost empty. The server could not tell us what the house wine was and there was no choice, but for a white or a red of unknown vintage. Overall, not a very pleasant experience. In addition the prices have increased since the last time we were there, and they are now competitive with better restaurants nearby.

Awesome night. Love the bartender. He’s served us dinner the last two Saturday nights and he’s so nice and personable.

Very poor service, small portions, expensive not the Macaroni Grill my family used to enjoy.
