We have selected two dishes from each of four categories and ordered wine grape pairing for them. Everyone had it their own unique taste combined with special environment (sauce, design or both). Vine-Paaring was excellent not only any kind of pair with a dish an amazing way, but also separately every chosen vine was perfect. We had table near the cooktop so, on the top of the gastronomic pleasure we got an additional entertainment by watching a magical cooking process with all the details. Very recommended.
