We enjoyed the guacamole and salsa. The medium guacamole and it was pretty spicy. Each person ordered a different type of enchiladas and tacos and then we exchanged ideas so everyone could try different types. We got separated quickly, which would be good for people who get engaged in the evening. Our only complaint was that it was loud quickly which made it difficult to hear yourself at our table.
The waiter was very nice and attentive. Great cocktails. Good place to people watch along with the sounds of the city (sitting outside) I would go again when in DC.
3.5 stars but not quite 4 so rounding downWe made reservations fairly easily for a small group a couple days in advance for a Wednesday night.
Rocca is really popular with many long-time residents of Burlingame and Hillsborough.
