I met him by pure chance through some friends who ordered an omelette with prawns, but over time I have kept coming back and I have had the pleasure of trying many of chef Jorge's dishes, without a doubt Jorge's hand is at another level. level, any dish that I have had the pleasure of trying has been a marvel for the senses. I have recommended and will continue to recommend these wonderful salads and endless recipes!!!
Great guy and a great kitchen, the best tortillas I've ever tried (except the one made by the mother) all rich and of good quality.
The omelette is not bad The price 9.5 euros much more expensive than in other places
