This Pollo Tropical has really gone downhill since COVID. I understand that the rules for safety were necessary for everyone, but this place has never been the same since. At first they have no napkins, utensils or even soft drinks dispensers available for you. You have to ask her for everything. Even before, they never have all sauces and are no longer serving fried Yuca. I believe that all this is due to the efficiency of a place already understated. The immersion position is clearly not friendly for anyone, so I would not recommend it. Now people who want to get out through the drive-thru is impossible because the line is to wait out the window all the way back from Lowes. If I had to guess, it's waiting for at least 20-45 minutes. My last order here was a family dinner, but unfortunately I didn't check the box because it was a pickup through the app. When I came home, it was a mess. The pictures speak for themselves. I will not buy from this Pollo Tropical unless there is a significant improvement in their din-in environment, more employees, faster driving times and better quality food.
