This Pollo Tropical has really gone downhill since COVID. I understand that the rules for safety were necessary for everyone, but this place has never been the same since. At first they have no napkins, utensils or even soft drinks dispensers available for you. You have to ask her for everything. Even before, they never have all sauces and are no longer serving fried Yuca. I believe that all this is due to the efficiency of a place already understated. The immersion position is clearly not friendly for anyone, so I would not recommend it. Now people who want to get out through the drive-thru is impossible because the line is to wait out the window all the way back from Lowes. If I had to guess, it's waiting for at least 20-45 minutes. My last order here was a family dinner, but unfortunately I didn't check the box because it was a pickup through the app. When I came home, it was a mess. The pictures speak for themselves. I will not buy from this Pollo Tropical unless there is a significant improvement in their din-in environment, more employees, faster driving times and better quality food.

Order for delivery via the website and they do not contain chicken in both meals. You forgot the sauces. I went to the store and they refused to refund my delivery fee. There were 5 other customers who came back because orders were wrongly angry. Supervisor Gloria did not offer any help. The Lord in the Register tried to reimburse me, but was called back by the supervisory authority and then said that his superior did not want to help me. Then I asked for a full refund and left the food on the counter. I only owe a fee on my credit card.

That was the WORST Pollo Tropical I?ve ever been! Starting with the recruitment of employees as soon as they take your order, they are extremely outpatient and rude, no attention to detail my orders have been grounded as you can see on the picture! Grilled chicken Caesar salad lacks the chicken, the croutons, no cheese on all only dry salads. On the other hand, the rice was very old and sticky and the chicken also dry and burned the order missing the beans for rice. TERRIBLE service and long wait for no reason.

Be aware! This is our french fries order, when we asked for a change they refuse! We almost had to beg for our drinks and forks so we could eat. Very bad manners, the employees, they all look stressed, all orders delayed and a lot of angry clients.

Long journey through the line for no reason and it from extremely dried chicken, so very disappointing! The guys in the window were nice. Also the only sauce they had available was Zilantro garlic, how does it make sense?. Beans were casual.
