The food is finger lickin’ good! I got the beef ribs platter and it is amazing! The macaroni salad has mustard and the sauce is creamy. The ribs are humongo. The chef mentioned that he smokes the meat outside on the wood for hours starting early in the morning. He was very friendly and talkative. The cornbread with butter forked with the macaroni salad together is a tasty combination. A very good place to go for comfort food on a cold day. There’s also grub hub available for delivery orders. There’s a small parking lot, but plenty of window space to see the vehicle and the orders are put together quickly. Parking: Small, but not busy during early afternoon. We stopped in the other night after driving by for almost 5 years since moving to Puyallup. We always love the smokey smell but just haven't taken the time to stop. We were pleasantly surprised by all the delicious food! The brisket was tender and flavorful! The BBQ baked beans were some of the best we've ever eaten. The pasta salad was tasty. I would have loved mac n cheese but unfortunately they don't offer it. We will be back for more BBQ soon!
