a sunny late afternoon and a hungry may not go well together, so I decided to eat something and came over this place in borken. actually my itention was not for italiana, but when I passed the tables in the sun, I just stopped and decided whatever, I'm not going anywhere else. when the menu arrived, it was obviously the standard Italian series, pizze e pasti. but then I saw the day menu and discovered the pasta with porcini, filet of bark and parmesan and had set my decision. When the court arrived, I was surprised by his greatness and dragged me in immediately. a perfect balance between pasta and sugo with the mushrooms, bark and parmesan give a beautiful composition delicious and at the same time fill. I still had a little bit of space and an appetit remained, so I decided for the roasted sabayone with fresh strawberries. also here, very tasty, but either the cook did not pay enough attention or the sabayone did not take too well the fryinges/grabbles, there were still some liquid mix on the floor. as I said it was delicious, but that just has enough of the evaluation that the whole meal will get stars. main course service location, but then the dessert was not safe, so it is a bad one.
