Once again I tried this pizza hut location in Cedar Hill. And once again The food is horrible. You can tell they are not following the mandate recipes. The amount of portions of meat’s you supposed to receive per portion are reduce when you add two or more toppings. Pizza crust is never cooked fully and there customer service SNEAK! Don’t waste your money at this place. Little Cesar pizza is better that right down the street.
Savannah repeatedly called me a liar over the phone about my wings being burnt. I drove to the restaurant, after my order was delivered, and showed her the container with the burnt wings. She sarcastically stated that she’ll make a new one. This was this worst experience with no level of professionalism or class.I’ll be contacting the GM in the morning, as well as corporate.
Very hot food customer service beyond exceptional. I tried to pay with a 100, but the driver was told he didn't change. I called the store, spoke to a rep and treated the situation professionally and I ate my beautiful hot pizza.
This was a great place I love eating the taste was very good for me. J loved the pizza it was so good also there is more then only pizza loved it.
