Pinstripes - Table reservation

Came here on a Saturday afternoon for a girls' day. My friend put our names on a list earlier that day, and I was waiting for them to reply when an available spot would be open, but since it was getting late, we decided to just do a walk-in. Upon arrival, we found out the entire place was booked! I wish there was a way for us to be informed earlier. I've shopped at this mall before, and I've seen Pinstripes from the outside, but was never sure of what it actually was on the inside. I was surprised to know there was bocce ball and bowling! Well, the name makes sense, but when you walk in, if feels like a bit more upscale Yard House restaurant than a play area. I didn't even get to see the bowling alleys because they were upstairs and hidden away. When I walked up to use the restroom, it was full of graduation parties and other celebrations. Everyone dressed really nice. We decided to just eat dinner here. The service was great. I liked that they asked us if we wanted the food to come out all at once or one by one with the appetizers first. We wanted it to come all at once, and we shared it family style between 4 people. We got the... Chicken and goat cheese pasta: This was delicious but there were like 3 tiny pieces of chicken. Sad. Wish we had more bang for our buck here. Margherita pizza: Tasted good although salty. I wondered if it was the cheese. When my cheese fell off, I tried it alone. Turns out, the tomato sauce on this was overly salted. I dipped the crust in the ranch that came with our apps. Calamari: Nice breading, crispy, and had a decent portion. I like when calamari is thin and breaded. Truffle fries: Crispy and tasty when it was fresh. I liked that it wasn't too greasy nor doused in truffle oil. For the drinks, we got the puccinis and the Tuscan sangrias. They weren't particularly strong but they were refreshing! The servers gave great recommendations. I'd love to come back for mimosas and/or happy hour. My friend saw chocolate fountain inside and got excited, but I think that's only for brunch.

We have been there a few times. The food and service was good.We did notice on all the times we have dined there, that all the servers are cordial, however look and act very stressed. One thing we all didn't like this time around, was the way the manager came over to our table, and didn't say a word to us. He picked up one of our empty plates, and quickly rushed off. This was rude, and not what I consider proper service etiquette, especially from a manager. It makes perfect sense now, why the staff act the way they do. The employees do not seem to enjoy being there. Unfortunately, this made our dinner experience an unhappy one.

Our first time visiting Pinstripes was yesterday for my father’s 83rd birthday/Father’s Day celebration! This was my father’s first birthday without my mother, so thank you for making our experience very special! The variety of food flavors were impressive! On top of the buffet, our server, brought my father an incredible brownie-ice cream dessert w/a birthday candle! He has not blown out a candle years! It was very sweet to watch him make a wish before blowing out the candle! Thank you for making our experience unforgettable! We’ll be returning to Pinstripes very soon! Highly encourage folks to dine at Pinstripes!

Outstanding food and service. Great atmosphere for dinner with your family, date night or corporate events. You will not be disappointed.
