Raspberry cake ordered for the 18 years of my daughter on May 1st. Confirmed order and specified time slot. The vendor of o’parinor also confirms their opening on May 1st On day j, I introduce myself and the shop is closed. No cake for my daughter’s birthday party. A real disaster. Following a message to the customer service, he apologizes, reimburses me and gives me a discount code for a next order. I'm happy and I decide to recommend to a next birthday. I order a cake for my son's 20th birthday in July. I request the application of my discount code... and I am told that this code is no longer valid. I then ask the customer service again by asking them to give me a new code, all the more so because no deadline was specified and I do not organize anniversaries every month. I never got back. Great disappointment again. I ordered despite my husband’s negative opinion. Conclusion: very good cake, well presented.... But a customer follow-up to improve and that’s what emerges on most reviews I won’t be more rich at the end of the year but this company, on the other hand, can lose customers just for a few euros compensation It's really a pity...
