This place is a traditional chinese restaurant catering mainly to Asian tour groups who invariably follow the Asian formula of putting many different dishes on the table and every body trying a bit of each dish, contrary to Western style dining where every body gets their own individual plate. They also cater to Westerners and singles or couples but the place works best for small parties following the Chinese way and ordering rice with several accompanying dishes.

I came here on a team lunch with my French colleagues. The group seemed to enjoy their lunch, but as an American (from San Francisco), this was not good at all. Sticky, thick noodles (on which should have been chow fun type), no spice to speak of. I was not happy. They seemed to be catering to mostly Asian tourists, so maybe I just don't know what I'm talking about.
