we were here many times and loved it. Unfortunately, the place seems to be with a new cook and waiter under new management. I had avocado suppe and sweet potato filled with “vegan protein”. both were poor. the avocado soup was bland. the waiter asked how it was and when I said it needed salt instead of thanking me for the feedback and apology, he defended it and said that the necessity for salt is a matter of personal taste. my view after, no! it is a thing for the cook to make something that is delicious enough to not need it! the sweet potato was filled with a soy based chicken alternative called heura. it was tasteless and slimy as most vegan chicken alternatives. exciting. I gave the feedback to the waiter who said that was strange, as it is usually good. I added that a good cook in a good restaurant like nu taste should not cook with a product like this, but should be able to use natural ingredients. of course he contradicted and argued to accept the commentary of an experienced vegan again, instead of graciously. he didn't charge me for the main course. I gave the same feedback directly to the chef who said: “But you’re vegan, what else can you eat?” he didn’t seem to understand when I said they’re a chef, they should know it! the chef had no idea how to cook vegans. Finally, to supplement injuries, the waiter broke the cork at opening a new bottle wein, not even, but twice! I had to tell him he was driving the cork screw into the third bottle. that gives them a measure for the degree in which this restaurant has fallen. vegan, avoid! the restaurant makes a point that it is for vegans who are earlier but is no longer true. ps, I forgot to mention, I was presented with a glass kava when I sat nice except that the gold leaf floated up! I sent it back I could not stick with the idea of gold leaf to my lips and teeth! updated by the previous review on 2022 09 02
