And here I am again. There’s a reason for that. The cuisine. Quintessential New Orleans. With a twist. The olde guarde, one of NOLA’s most respected restaurant families...taking it to the next level. The next century. And they do it, own it. Flash fried oysters...tiny, sweet, perfect. The perfect burger, house made. Several classic gumbos. Perfectly presented salads. Their claim to fame. Mr B’s BBQ shrimp. Baked in the shell, so you peel them. Yeah ya get a bib. Own it. My personal favorite...dessert. It changes with the season. And the stellar service, it never changes. Try it y’all. You’ll get it.

We had an amazing meal and service. This was our first stop in New Orleans and the city is a bit of a culture shock coming from the Midwest. We couldn’t have asked for a better introduction to the big easy. The shrimp and grits were delicious.

We had another excellent dinner at Mr. B's. They do everything perfectly. Over the past 30 or so years, I've never had a bad experience. Always first rate. Thank you!

Upscale bistro. Top notch food! Had the grilled fish, and it was GREAT. Definitely worth the price. Service was fast and friendly.
